Axlstaff Stafford's was established in 1990 in Beaudesert, Qld and I have been caring and breeding Staffords for the past 20 years, and I have loved every moment of it and could not imagine my life without them in it.
In the past few years I have started to show my dogs, and it has been very enjoyable, and I have met some great people along the way and some lifelong friends. When I first started in Staffords, my first dog which was a bitch called Desertstaff Soft Karma and she was out of Baytyng Bad Jak and Wongastaff Black Zepplin and my first male dog was Baytyng Hardhead out of Aust Ch. Eastaff Likely Lad (IMP UK) and Baytyng Rocksand. These two great dogs gave me 4 litters of beautiful babies but sadly I lost both of my old mates quite a few years ago now, passing within a year apart of each other maybe from a broken heart, as they had never been separated in their life times. They both lived and loved life with us, as we did with them, they lived to a ripe old age, 15 1/2 and 16 1/2 years old and I still miss them, still love them and are always in my thoughts - Love you kids. So came a new chapter for me in Staffords, I had the good fortune of acquiring a lovely female named Bajed Satan Doll aka Gypsy, she was mated to Beaurite Barney's Kid and I kept a beautiful boy, who would later be named Axlstaff Tartan Warrior aka Jed who is has been a Father, Grandfather and now a Great Grandfather for us here at Axlstaff and so the story of my dogs and our lives together continues.
My dogs are all Clear of L2 HGA and HC and have been DNA profiled. Certificates are available for viewing on request. Every litter that has been born here at Axlstaff over the last 20years has had years of thought and preparation that has gone into it, we only breed when we wish to keep something to move forward with in this lovely breed.
SHOWING.......
A friend of mine asked me if she could show my boy Jed back in early 2006, Jed was coming up to 3 years old at the time, so she trained him and trained him well. I was never interested in showing dogs myself (I used to show horses) so I did not want to go there again.... But she talked me into letting her show Jed, and well he did me proud, I then decided to give it a go myself with his granddaughter Holley and got the bug - well the fun bug anyway and that is how I hope I will always see it as - to have fun with my dogs and if I place or have a win then that is a bonus. I do enjoy the company of the friends that I have made along the way, I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know some awesome people over the years, and sadly I have met some that are not that awesome at all, but you just learn to ignore those sorts of people in all walks of life. I hope that I can continue my showing for quite a few years to come.

Please NO enquires about blue puppies or blue dogs, as we do not breed them and as such my dogs do not have blue bloodlines - which means they do not have the recessive blue gene. We breed for Classic Breed Type and Temperament - NOT Colour.
